Adapting the interior structure to PRIMAVERA’s specific needs took place in just six months, from December 2013 to May 2014, involving over 40 teams and about 250 workers.
Coordinated by Castro & Sons Company, SA and under the supervision of Aicepi - Architecture Projects and Engineering Ltd, the project of adapting the structure has undergone several phases from demolition.; implementation of metal and reinforced concrete structured stairs; installation of the electrical and plumbing infrastructure; masonry and wall cladding; HVAC; false ceilings; blacksmithing; carpentry and masonry; Technical flooring; placement micro cement; to painting and laying carpet.
An accomplished coordination of various teams as well as work performed under full safety conditions, converged, providing project completion within schedule.
The move to PRIMAVERA’s new headquarters took place on June 11, 2014, a date which will be recorded forever in the memory of its’ employees as a turning point in what workplace quality of life is concerned.
