PRIMAVERA Acquires Participation in the Waveform Start-up Specialized in Mobility Solutions

The objective is to reinforce and accelerate the portfolio of mobile solutions with PRIMAVERA software.

PRIMAVERA BSS has just announced that it has acquired a significant shareholder interest in Waveform, a Portuguese company dedicated to the development of software for mobile devices.

Through this corporate participation, the multinational company based in Braga, Portugal expects to speed up the availability of new mobile solutions, thereby fulfilling a demanding schedule regarding the launch of new apps.

The company’s participation in Waveform is in line with the importance of mobility within the context of PRIMAVERA software usage, and with the creation of a new approach to the model of interaction between users and the software.

Waveform is founded on the experience and know-how of the defunct Mobicomp

Closing in on three years of existence, the Waveform start-up is founded on the experience and know-how of ex-collaborators of the defunct Mobicomp, a Microsoft subsidiary company, and has already made a name for itself in the development of apps for mobile device that contribute to the wellbeing of people in their daily lives. Some of PRIMAVERA’s most successful apps, such as ELEVATION Mobile and Pssst! Experience, were designed and developed by Waveform.
