Turnkey invoicing and business management solutions include software, technical support, training and automatic updates
In line with its strategy of technological democratisation, PRIMAVERA BSS has just reorganised its portfolio of management solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The Starter line offers more flexibility for overcoming the challenges inherent in an increasingly competitive market and the needs to consolidate business.
The PRIMAVERA Starter solutions have been redesigned to accompany all the stages of life of small businesses. From inventory management, invoicing and cash management, to the control of current accounts and the analysis of results, the Starter turnkey solutions now enable businesses to streamline operations further, thanks to a technological platform of the latest generation that is more intuitive, simpler and easier to use, simplifying the day-to-day operations of businesses.
The Starter solutions bring a new dynamic to the management of small businesses. Whether on the Cloud or installed locally, these solutions are now available exclusively by subscription, providing companies speed and autonomy of use, together with a pay-as-you-go investment model. PRIMAVERA BSS furthermore offers automatic updates and access to a smartphone application that makes it possible to accompany sales results and customer data at any moment. It also provides access to training, technical support and guaranteed compliance with all legal and tax regulations associated with the activity.
The Starter line is still available in three different configurations - Starter Easy, Starter and Starter Plus – which vary in features but they share the same modular, upgradable nature, ensuring the management of companies with up to 15 employees. Each of these solutions is available through one- or two-year subscriptions, which include free training on an e-Learning module and specialised support provided by specialists of the PRIMAVERA BSS Support Center.
David Afonso, Senior Vice President of the company, points out the importance of this restructuring of the Starter line, saying that "currently over 10 thousand small businesses in Portugal use the PRIMAVERA Starter solutions and with these changes, we are providing them with a mechanism that allows them to streamline their activity and consolidate their business.” He goes on to say, "Furthermore, we are endowing our new customers with autonomy and all the support needed to go forward at their own pace, without depending on third parties, giving them the possibility of subscribing, installing and using the Starter solutions quickly without any difficulty, with the assurance that they are managing their business on a platform of the latest generation."
